Its just me throwing idea's here, but what if there was an Anonymous Board where as the title implies, all posts are anonymous.

There would be no bias over name, status, clan etc. and it would be a thread where everyone is equal in a sense. People can start up threads without even needing a clear objective, and it would be a lot more functioned over "anything goes".

I don't like the "anything goes" rule maybe only staff can see the names of people? I guess it would be nice for discussions so people don't disagree with someone because they don't like them, or somethin'.
