Anyone know of amazing texture artists who only use a mouse? I need some inspiration.

That's amazing... Do you just use line tools and such or are you just really accurate at drawing with a mouse?

I'm totally successful using a mouse for my textures, although I'm probably going to start using a tablet sooner or later..
Here's an example of my personal textures. (it's going to be a full set someday)
Made with Gimp 2.8, because I can't afford better programs.

Just gotta have accuracy mostly. :P

in short you need to train your hand accuracy/handling
also use some advanced shading ways
also use refeerences that will help alot to find the style/colors/shading

drawing with a mouse takes more practice than it would with a tablet, its a different action.
using the pen tool is pretty easy though, i used to use it for all my textures befor i got my tablet.

your problem isnt so much a mouse problem, rather a design problem. dont worry about effects and stuff, work on design and mapping to start with.
its not just making random shapes and hoping it makes something, design something.

keep practicing and you'll improve. simple as that.
