basicly all i can say the hair so so...BAD
the mapping looks fine tho maybe bigger eyes? just a lil bit also change the hair
and nose looks odd and change the hair
lower mouth and dont forget to change the hair

Face is rather small. :L

Btw you can use the noise filter, mess around with it, pentool the places you don't want, then lower opacity a little for a shaved look.

the hood i free i think since there is a major difference in style

that face is really small, there is a head texture template made by like vox or something for the best mapping

you could also use a 1024x512 template and then resize to 512 when youre done

it prevents most of the distorting and appears nearly the same as what you put
