Unfortunately there was a lack of sync and some of the effects you slapped on (colour change, for example) didn't make the video better since there didn't appear to be a point
As others said, keyframing is important. You want to keep the tori in the focus of the camera, to have it close enough so you can see the little details but not too close that he keeps moving out of the shot/you can't see what's going on
Add some motion blur, it will make things look smoother
I understand that you want to use your own replays and you aren't a bad replay maker per se but you want to try to get smoother/less twitchy replays for video editing as they are easier to sync and more pleasing to the eye.
