there is this guy named tvman and every 7 days or so the toribot bans him for paypal fraud. the twist on this is that he is banned permanently but somehow keeps getting re banned.

anyone know whats happening there?

I have a feeling that's the same case where hampa actually got the authorities involved

It's a bot that automatically bans paypal frauds in shop, tvman did fraud, and he is getting autobanned.

I used to think he STILL frauds, now I'm starting to think he just wants to play.
