hey im looking for a nice artist to make me some hands and an head

the hands must be realistic
the head is allen walker
About the head
-i want the two coloured eyes one red one blue
-the red eye and the mark should glow
About the hands
the left hand should be a glove
the right hand is red and demonic

the max payment will be 60k unless i really love it so i can go up if needed
