This is just a recolored version of Zeto's head.

It's only ban-able if he uses it to make profit.

No its bannable if he said he created it.

Im sure the same version of this head is being sold too. So yea i think its plagerized.

However this is probably a trace, not a recolor.
If it's a trace then he made it, however, since the idea is not his, he cant make profit out of it.
SO I think what he is doing is fine.
