Not responding
Toribash keeps unresponding every 5 mins.. Any fix?

Eh, this might be tough. Does it happen excactly every 5 minutes? Anything specific you do when it crashes? Can it crash if you just leave TB open in freeplay for 10 minutes?
Also buch of things you can try at first:
If steam: verify game cache
If non-steam: reinstall
Also you can try updating/downgrading (from 4.9 to 4.82 or the opposite way, depending on your version). Rolling back to 4.82 will require you going non-steam.
If you're desperate you can try udpating graphic drivers.

It's not exactly 5 mins but, at random times during a match but never too long.
