You should buy the one that you like the most. The Jack-o'-Lantern, Witch Hat, Frakenbolts, and Skull Necklace are all seasonal items, I think. The Jack-o'-Lantern and Witch Hat are worth more than the rest though.

If your goal is TC then you should just buy TC directly from other players. You can get 9k-10k/1$ usually
