IRC Chat
How does one go about making an IRC chat channel and how do you also get it on the IRC section of toribash? Ok. Discovered those things by messing around. Now is there a way (other than having a bot/ PC constantly on) to keep the IRC chat online?

Well, to keep it on you need /something/ to be connected to the server. If you want to go that far then what you want is a bouncer, which is like a client running on a server, which connects to the IRC server. Then instead of you connecting to the IRC server, you connect to the bouncer.


I think bnc and znc are the most popular bouncers, but any will do really.
