I honestly prefer 10 times AC Rogue than this, even if AC Rogue is more like a big DLC for Black Flag, but i really enjoy what ubisoft did, they connected the story lines from AC3, AC4, AC ROGUE and ACU and it looks so fucking sick. I won't spoiler, let you to discover what and how.

The graphics looks good, but i won't lie and i will say i like the Black Flag engine more than this new one.
