Couple of things:
You're posting in the wrong subforum. If you're requesting a set, read the request rules and make a post accordingly.
If you're asking a question, you need to take your question to either Rapid Threads or Support depending on the nature of the question (questions that need technical or administrative help generally go to Support, while the rest goes to RT).
Your English isn't that great (not your fault) so I may misinterpret your question, but if your question is "I have bought this set from an artist or marketeer who has obtained it via. legitimate means (read as: not stolen the art from another user or selling a free set), can I resell it?" the answer is yes. If you are selling a full set you should, once again, read the market rules and make a post in Art/Textures.
