I have a question about Qi restricted items, and I can't search the forums for the answer because the search requires a minimum of 3 letters per word... obviously Qi has 2.

Anyway.

In a sale, a customer has offered me a Toxic Torso in exchange for a texture set. I don't have the Qi to buy a Toxic Torso because I don't get to play all that often.

Is the transfer even possible so that I'd have it in my inventory for later use, once I achieve the Qi rating? Or, because of the restriction, am I not able to even posess it?

You cannot be sent an item by a regular user if you don't have the QI.

The people who can transfer QI items to any user won't do it.

Qi restricts only the sending. If you had the item in your inventory you could use it.

NutHug is right. I have elf joints I won in a competition about 9 months ago, but I do not have master belt, but I am still able to use it.

Alrighty. I guess that answers my questions. I am unable to receive the item.
