I just checked the profile of someone named "Darknis" and he's got 10 million tc, my question is, will the tc remain in the account forever? or will it be taken and sunk?

I'm not sure if this guy is permabanned or not, but it's sad to see all the tc sitting there when it could be given out in gamemaster tournaments or something of the sort.

He probably got banned for duplicating or some sort of hacking

That much tc should be sunk in my opinion, it will help better the economy.

I doubt he'd wont be unbanned either, he tried to scam Cold and others through paypal.

It'll probably be sunk. The items on the account might be confiscated and put to good use, but I haven't heard of this being done with TC.
