What is collector card? Why people wants it? And how people make it?

It are items, I think they were given away by the promoteam or something (there won't come more in circulation is what's sure)
It are collectors items which you can give a custom name and add a picture to.

People want them cause it's cool.

i was wanting one but i cant find a unsigned one , does this mean there will be none for ever

Aren't you able to edit them?

They are editable in every way, name and picture
They do nothing but look cool in your inventory

I don't think it can be activated, I think you can just put it in a activated set tbh

I have a collectors card and no you can't activate it

You can activate it in a set but I get a "Collectors Card cannot be used ingame" warning so there's no point in activating it.

it's there just too look nice.

I managed to activate mine somehow, It was about 6 months ago so I'm not completely sure how, I think I put it in a set then took it out when it was in my activated inventory.
