You dont have to leave clan.
It's just something like a org, but then secret, and with responsibilities.
Let it be said now before it is too late: you are expected to leave all of your friends/affiliates on the doorstep when (if) you walk in.
Question: there will be something like waves? Like at GM recruitment?
So, if we are accepted, we have to leave the clan we are in? I don't want make you changing anything in the system, but even if i leave my clan, i'll still have friends in it. I'm not saying that i couldn't remove prejudices, but if this rule has been made for this reason, could you explain me better?
Why is someone who has vested interest in a topic not able to vote? They just clearly have an opinion on the matter and anyone who votes is showing they also have an opinion anyway :S
He means that if you are accepted being a cmod, you cant be bias to your friends, because that will cause complications
fucking hell estimax
You don't have to leave the clan you're in. You have to recognise when you're being affected by bias - for example, if your friend makes a new clan and you vote yes because he's your friend despite the fact the clan is horrible. We expect you not to vote in these situations as it is unfair, we also expect you to explain your bias.
