Cant turn while running
hello all, today I was parkouring and headed straight for a wall a suddenly realized, I have not the slightest idea how to turn. I would like some advice on how to do this, and if there are a few specific joint movements I can use in order to make a run opener face a certain direction, that would be great too, thx :D

The best way to turn, is to rotate your chest. And to kick off with your leg that is closest to the ground. The leg opposite from the direction you want to go, to be exact.

"Dear reader, I hope this email finds you before I do."

What I normally do is, I rotate my chest in the direction I want to turn AS I start a step. As I extend my hip to take the step, I rotate my chest the opposite way. After I do that, I relax my chest until its nice and centered. Good luck.
I'm just gamin' man
