So let's say I lend someone 25k and they offer 30k back in a week. Now let's say they are unable to pay it back, but have a crap load of expensive items. Is there anything that can be done at this point? Like can I go to anyone about it And get my tc back? Thx

Don't contact a GM about loans or market stuff or anything other than events and ingame stuff and generally, stuff in their jurisdiction. Market squad takes care of the market and a super mod can do either.
I don't know why GMs became the point of contact for everything in people's minds all of a sudden.
