Let's say 2 players are conducting a trade between TC and items for other games (csgo skins, tf2 items ecc.) and on of the players gets scammed.

Provided that there is enough proof, is there anything that can be done by the mods?

Ofcourse, just report the scammer in the "Scam reports" board and Msquad will handle it. Also you can pm some of em to find the answer...
