I want to start making textures. But I don't have the slightest idea on how to. Can some of you who do give me some tips on what to do, and maybe some softwares to use.

If you go to the market section of the tori forum, go to textures, and scroll through each of the textures, there should be a template for how the image will show up.

NOTE; If you have a texture activated, the template will not show up.

There are different templates for each resolution.

I reccomend Gimp (free), Krita (free), or Photoshop.

Well a software I use called gimp 2. You need to draw on top of a template of the texture you are making so you know where the art will appear on the tori. Find templates in the shop.

I recommend just starting with the head.
It's the easiest thing to do.
It will also give you an idea of what kind of set you want.

I've made other head texures. But this is the hardest one ive done.
