I done these pics, but I need the car to be the main focus so I need someone to add like a blur to the outside surrounding of the car, and if possible, cut the car itself out of the picture and save it as another file

Willing to pay 8k if you can do both the blur effects and then send me the 2 crops of the car itself

If just blurs, I'll only pay 2k for both pics to be blurred.
