you probably shouldnt use 5 turnframes because it might fuck with your movement a little
the opener wasnt that well made, make sure you have your head in the position you want at very beginning because the whole snapping your neck down or up doesnt look very good, either have it held relaxed contracted (usually extended looks a bit awkward like it should fit)

the opener was a whole mess of things. i could see you had a great position for the first few frames but limited yourself by throwing your left arm forward and continuing to move your left leg back along with contracting it (which you shouldnt try to do as it doesnt flow well)
honestly you could have probably pushed yourself into a rotation with your right leg by keeping the knee held while moving your left arm down towards your right leg without moving the left leg back completely

but since im assuming you didnt know that or knew how to do that or what movement "should" be like ill comment on whats going on in the rest of the replay

you could have made yourself go into a smoother stylish kick if you didnt move your left leg up and had kept your right leg down on the ground while pushing off and lowering your right arm by relaxing it and making it move towards the left and then moving it back up and contracting your right leg

basically you put your tori into an uncomfortable slow position that you couldnt really do anything good looking from

the kick was pretty basic, it looks like you kicked way too soon. your other leg shouldnt have been held because it gave it a weird positioning with your bent back body
imo you should have completed the spin and instead kicked with your right leg and have trasitioned into more dms from there

with what you did after the kick; i dislike how uke hit your arm and you waited to grab, basically all your positions before anything look awk so im not gonna go into detail but
the boom is neato and stuff but the kick looked super weak which i could see you might have been able to get something that looked more 'powerful'

it basically needs a shit ton of refining while the replay was being made

about poses, awhile ago i didnt really give a shit about all the major "events" in the replay ie openers dms skeets but no one really cares, but i suggest you try posing if you already dont because it should help with movement and being able to stop yourself i guess

tl;dr spend time fixing replay, make sure you dont make yourself look slow and weird
also dont take this as a hate thing or a u fucking suck thing
because i know people already do

thanks, cat, for taking the time to go through every part of the replay. i will try to apply it into my future replays
i'm not doing this so i can show off my replays, i'm trying to get better. so stuff like, "10/10, masturbated to this!" isn't helpful. (not saying it isn't appreciated though.)

and new replay, how the fuck do people get decaps by doing this? i'm not going to slap on a "CRUSH 1; 0" and say i'm proud of it because i won't be
