So I just bought knee joint textures and then I upload the custom texture. The texture which I uploaded is only a plain gray but when it's in game, the texture color looks like have a blend of the force/relax color that I use. I try to upload a plain black texture and it works, no reddish color.

It's because that's how these textures work, they overlay on your force/lax. You must either have transparent joint textures with black details for them to look decently with some colorful force/lax or you must have white joints, so it's either no force at all (but during playing it looks orange and thus really badly), pure force (probably optimal, that's what I use for my joint textures) or some replacement like ivory or possibly aurora.
