Open free play . Load spar.tbm than try to run, do tricks, stand, pose, save balance after kicks/ punches, jump and do flips .D make some 2000 frame replays in your free times. (Do not get bored)
Than use your expriments in multiplayer spars ( you can create a room called Spar Practice.) If they tell you you are doing something wrong say; "that just practise" Thats best way to do it. .)
After 10-15 practise and some singleplayer free roaming u'll be good enough to spar . Also lenshu3ng helps you to make comebacks, get used to gravity etc.
