Actually Plane is statistically the safest way to travel, ask Superman. And October would be good for people maybe? Make sure you don't Overlap with Comicon though or less people will come. Unfortunately I can't fly to Brisbane XD But what I can do is Stream you guys if you Skype me through your phones for a Live feed of the Event 
This would need to be October though because hopefully by then my new Computer will be ready ^_^ I wouldn't ask for a payment but a tip would be nice
