The replays should have got faster when the song got faster, not slower. Also, I couldn't tell if you used freecam or just normal camera with pancrop? Either way camera-work could use a little work.

There's some nice potential here though :)

Your freecam happened to stop in the middle of replays, you should continue using it for a few frames even after the replay ends

As moop said the replays got kinda slow in the second bit

Overall good sync though
