The cigarette on the right thigh looks a bit weird, it looks more like its floating than really being between the teeth, might want to fix that, up to you. Also some lines seem a bit pixelated , not sure if it's just the screenshots though.

Looks very nice overall though, any ideas for the hands?

Nice and Simple, I like it.
some words are a bit blurry for this style of set though! you might try to sharpen the edges of the words.

About all the texts on the body.

I would make them white with red outlines or vice versa. Would make it easier on the eyes!

I also like the head. It's a classic cartoon head, with great mapping etc.
