Maybe updating your chrome to latest version.
Try entering clan threads through the clan list, which I think is available for you.

You can also copy/paste the link to google translate and open it there, it should ignore any virus scan or whatever is blocking you. But that's pretty much work.

You can also try another browser, but chrome always works for me.

If you have a smartphone you might want to try tapatalk.
It let's you post and all and it normally gives no problems, alot of people use it.

I put google translate in that list as a risk, I already expected that you wouldn't be able to log in.
