Why doesn't he just log on to his old account and make the transfer to the new one?

he forgot his password and his email i think.

1. If you accidentally sent an item to a wrong account and said account is totally inactive and owner can't send the stuff back/wherever it's supposed to go, then you should write a thread here http://forum.toribash.com/forumdisplay.php?f=518. Make sure to read rules please. And yes, it says "scam" but it's for all item/tc related things such as refunds and so on.

2. Recovering lost account is a whole different case, the guy should be contacting admins (red names) if he lost password and can't access email.
