I can tell you're using copy and paste to do one side then copy it on the other and thats fine, but you made kind of an ugly seem along where the sides meet. You can see it especially inside the mouth where it created a line and with the two lower teeth that are touching. I would recommend going back there where the two sides meet and just touching it up slightly to make the two halves merge better. The line created by that seem also shows inside the nose.
