ProZ's Signature Jumpkick (arm decap)
Hey people im new here, and i got something for all of you.
This is my most simple but lethal move, and its VERY easy to do :P
Ok lets start.
Distance: 160
Hold all.
extend feet
contract knees
extend hips
extend glutes.
extend abs.
left bend lumbar.
left rotate chest.
contract both pecs.
space x 8
extend knees.
You've now broken his arm!
Lethal!
Not only that but you are also balanced for awhile.
There's ALOT of variations of this move, go ahead and try!
