While this is not illegal (as far as I know) in the clan sense, if you tell the leaders, they are almost guaranteed to deny him.

Well, he was too lazy to type his own application as I can see. I would say it isn't legal since moderators don't accept plagarism when it comes to art and what not. If they accept this, I'll be surprised.

Well no it's not ok for this to happen but what would you like the staff to do about it? Infrac people for forum clan application stealing...? I just don't really know why this is in support.

Actually let me reword this; The answer to your question is no it is not legal, in a sense. And by this I mean if you and your clan allow such behavior to occur. It is mainly up to your clan leaders what happens regarding applications for your clan. Or in some special cases the clan mods might have to get involved but I highly doubt that it will ever be that serious of a matter for them to step in. And if for some reason they do it would most likely be a slight useless post infrac or something along those lines. I hope this helps you out.

Mainly if you come across an applicant with a plagiarized app just auto reject them. Easiest solution.
