So half of the humans has experienced sleep paralysis. during a sleep paralysis you cant move cant breath cant talk but your brain is fully aware of what is happening but it only last for maximum of 2 miniutes

This happend when i was 10 years old i watched alot of sleep paralysis videos so i wasnt scared the rake was raping me he stared at me in the eyes after a few seconds later the rake returned to a sexy pose and i was like dayum girl you got that booty and i could think about that because in a sleep paralysis you can fully use your brain but i dont know why the fuck the rake did that normaly in a sleep paralysis the hallucination is trying to scare you but instead the rake wanted to have sex with me

It's never happened to me ever but I know what it is and how it happens. I have very fucked up sleeping patterns for some reason. Wake me up at anytime in the middle of the night and I won't have sleep paralysis.

Anyways, the first time I has this, was when I was about, God I don't know... 11? For the people in the USA, it was when the winds from a hurricane went all the way from Texus and Louisiana, all the way up to Ohio and higher. Well, I lived in Ohio. Bottom line, power was out for over a week.

I was in my room trying to sleep. Then all of a sudden, I heard this buzzing. I tried to flinch to the side to look at my door, but I couldn't even move. I could breathe, but couldn't move. Only thing I could do was barely turn my head and move my eyes. I heard this weird cat noise from the foot of my bed, and "saw" my bed sheets being tugged toward the ground. Then heard some growl, and it was all over. I could move finally and talk and everything. Yeah, also when in that state, some can and can't talk. I couldn't. I won't lie, I was flipping out and basically crying softly. That shit was scary.

Theres other times where I've seen things, but I don't want to explain all of that.

I wasnt scared because i knew it was a sleep paralysis and it wont kill me so i wasnt scared and when i had sleep paralysis i cant breathe the only thing i could do was use my eye and brain.

Sleep paralysis was once thought to be caused by demons resting on your chest as you sleep. Thought that might interests someone.

I've never HAD sleep paralysis, though one time I had several dreams inside dreams and as I was waking up through them I got to one where I was on my couch and couldn't move. I thought it was real since I knew sleep paralysis was a thing. Turns out I was still dreaming, and I couldn't move because my fat ass dog decided to lay on me.
