If you send someone anything it will say you sent it 10 minutes and 2 seconds after the time you actually sent.

I'm guessing the toribot is meant to give the ranking rewards at midnight exactly but on the transaction history it's not.

I don't think it's the transhistory, but rather toribot sends the tc late

Say I send you 1tc, it'll say I sent it to you + 10 mins from the time I sent it to you

Probably u just got bad timing. Everytime when i check it it's instant.

the transaction is instant, but the actual time on the clock beside the entry is fast by nearly 12 minutes for me.

It's the same way you can ninja posts. The clock can get nudged back and forth for no reason. It's just a matter of (un)luck if it works for you. For me, it's fine.
