[R] Cartoon Banner 10k
Hi the as the title says id like some banners for a coming up event, I'd like something of a cartoony style similar to some of the GM banners such as the 2014 clan league banner, I'm on phone right now but just google it. Light blue and white are preffered colours.

A cartoon style banner, blue and white, maybe include a couple of tori heads, other than that just post wips and I'll see if I like it
