The mapping was really nice and the style is quite good.

if it is, then you are a natural at texturing. Great job.

That's great for a first head but the shape of the chin is so bumpy. Also the blood doesn't seem affected by the neck it just goes straight down instead changing to fit the neck properly. Otherwise it looks great.

Mouth is a little bit too low.
The color effecs on the head is nice, advanced leveled, it is.
It's pretty simple but I like the idea, nice one.
This part is somehow fail :
Did you just copy and paste the hair and put it on a layer which located under the hair's layer and lowered the hair a bit? It's a bad decision to take for making a shadow effect for hair.

First of all, I like the shadings,
For the face, I agree with Raiken, the mouth is too low, or you can lower the eyes and the nose position
Blood effect is weird

Its nice for the first time

It's a good head, nice colors and hair effects. I don't like the blood, it's too bright and goes straight to the neck ignoring everything on his path.

The ony thing I like here is hair except that typical lazy shadow.
Mouth is too big, strokes are too thin. Shadow is too unrealistic even for cartoonish head.
He is snub - okay, but his nose is more snout than a real snub's nose.
And... Blood under the mouth? Serio?
