Ok, sorry to be such a crampass, but those kind of... Sucked.
POINT ONE: First replay is STILL Lampshades. Not yours.
POINT TWO: Second replay is stiff, a lot. And it did NOT look good. And you lost your elbow.
POINT THREE: Third replay has a good start, but seriously, you messed it up. To put it bluntly,
it was a feeble punch, and truth be told, it looked like you were lucky to even dismember >.>
And now for the parts where i don't sound like a grumpy old man with a constricted anus...
Things to work on.
1. Smoothness/fluidity/relaxation. Just practice it, it will come. Use a relaxed joint here and there.
2. Power. Learn which joints to move how that will give your moves OOMPH. (... Did that make sense? >.>)
3. Damage to Uke. One joint just doesn't cut it unless it's a seriously epic move.
Splits and decapitations are slightly different matters though.
4. Modesty. Even if you were an epic player, people aren't going to like you if
you act all "I'M SO 1337 LOL". Your case here isn't that bad of course, but it
shouldn't get to be either.
Keep practicing, and don't let criticism get to you. Remember, people criticise
so you know what to make better, and thus making YOU better :0
Edit: I see you tried to remove the old one, so don't mind the comment about it.
