After extensive discussion ( 4 msn messages) Phailure and myself have decided to make phantom INVITE ONLY.
However since some people are poopy heads, they will want a poll about it. So there you have it. If you want Phantom to be invite only the vote yes, or if you want Phantom to be open for all, then vote no.

By the way guys, this isn't because we are stuck up think we should be a elite clan, this is because so many people come to us in-game and ask to join, and quite frankly i suck at rejecting people.

thanks for coming up with this, but generally, when i let somebody in, i ask them to join, cause they are good, so i am already invite only

I say no, sometimes some people ask to join and you find out that they're awesome guys. (I joined by asking :3)

What we should do IMO is be more picky. We should pick those who can contribute to the clan or are great to have around and not because they have some kind of status i.e. their belt or beg like friggin' nubcaeks.
