DDoS protection preventing access from mobile
Title says it all,
I think it's partially due to me using opera mini,
but I didn't have any issues with that before.
The attached picture is a screenshot.
It just stays at that screen, and no matter if I refresh or whatever
I get back to the same screen.

I always use my phone with toribash because my pc crash.
If you want enter in the forums you need put this link.
If you want enter in totibash you need put the mode pc or computer. But i dont know if is worked for "Opera Mini".
I use "Safari" from "IOS".

Pretty sure there is an app specifically for browsing forums on a mobile. You might want to check that out. Otherwise you'll have to find and adjust the settings in your current browser since it seems that is where the problem is. (Maybe turn off the DDoS protection)

For future reference, the DDoS protection is on Toribash's side of things. You can't do client side DDoS protection. It just doesn't work that way. It's also not a browser settings issue, it's just that Cloudflare can't figure out how to identify your browser as a legitimate user.
That isn't to say that trying a different browser won't help: it very well might, so you should if you can. However, there's likely not much you can change in the browser you're currently using which would actually do anything.
