didnt undestarded you question but...ill try to answer
you can save replays by pressing F,go to C:/games/ and open toribash folder,go to replays and move them to desktop

i probably sound like an idiot but where would i post them for the URL to find it ?

go to your toribash replay folder. Hit *Select all files* and change it to .rpl

That is not correct at all. To upload your replays hit the attachment button and select what replays you want.
