i think you should use twixtor to do the fast and slow becouse if you render it with 60 fps without twixtor then its gonna look choppy but i like it

I'm gonna have to ask my dad when he comes back to install twixtor
but for now I record at a 0.6 timescale.
the ones that are choppy were ones that are recorded at 1.0 timescale

Just don't render at 60fps, 30fps looks better half the time

Your transitions looked a lazy and your velo was all over the place

Try to keep your video consistent in terms of speed too
