I was playing some football with friends and slammed a few people. It was pretty fun but I think I really hurt one of them.

You're talking about american football I guess? I've never played it cause it isn't very popular here in Europe, but would love to try it. There are some small associations here in germany too, maybe I should some day have a look on it.
