I like your second one better too.

The first is just neon edge detect effects.

If you want it too look REALLY cool, then do it with more lines and colors :o

Since when did shaders have anthing to do with MAKING textures?!?! I don't have them either. So what?!?! Sorry, but that is no excuse for ANYTHING.
