I was in the market looking for hand textures and I saw these things called tattoos.

They are probably a collectors item but ive never heard of a tattoo in toribash befroe

There aren't much people that own them, but I expect that they don't work.
But if you really want to know and have over 1kk tc, you might be able to buy it (for me it says I don't have enough tc, there are still 20 in stock tho.)
