Title, I was viewing ban list and saw a lot of accounts banned for decap rigging. What is it?

it's when two players set up a match (usually in a betting server, that's when dp is mostly high), wherein one of them intentionally lets themselves get decapped, so that they can win the decap prize, and split it to themselves.

Means that in a bet server, 2 people worked together to get the decap prize from that server and then they split the prize in 2 and and that's it.
