how can i get to higher levels like member and solder

you have to be tested to prove that you are ready to be in that levol and if you would like a promoshion anyone is welcome to ask at anytime but you may fell (unless your a solider... you cant be promoted cus your at the top...)

no you can just take it till you pass if you fail you just have to wait a week
