So i know hector relax is a collectors item and by far the most expensive thing you can buy in game but im asking if you can wear it? Ive seen solax use it but can normal people wear it?

No it cannot be activated. It is essentially just an item that sits in your inventory for bragging rights.

But how is solad using it? Its in his activated and you can see hes using itnin game too
