I think you should be able to transfer Qi. Say you forgot your password or was banned, maybe even hacked (probably not gonna happen) and you rank up your alts to a high belt and want your main to have that Qi you should be able to transfer it.

this isn't a unique idea, people have suggested it before and it got shut down

If you forgot your password, use password recovery tool or contact an admin.
If you're banned, it's your fault.

Qi transfers aren't happening.
