The Problem: I have Photoshop cs6 Extended, i went to filter, render, render clouds but it wasnt there i only have fiber, lens flare, and lighting effects.

Is there some place i have to go to download render clouds or am i screwed?

Check if clouds.8bf appears in your plugins folder of your photoshop directory.

If so, check if you're using the matching versions (x64 / x86) because they won't work together. This happens often if you're installing the plugin after you installed photoshop itself. Check if the file dates match with your photoshop application.

Try to update your photoshop or try to reinstall it. If this doesn't help, search in google for the correct version of clouds.8bf and copy it in your plugins folder.
