when i downloadedthe new toribash, all of my replays where GONE!!! i worked hard on those and there GONE:bawl ing:NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

umm...

Did you check the other Toribash game folder? If you deleted it, check your recycle bin, and restore the folder, then copy the replay folder from that one to the new version, if you didn't delete it, do the same thing...

i cant find it but thx. i didnt delete it, i just downloaded it then the old one got replaced

There in the previous toribash version replay folder just move them to the new version.
